Belt Electric Acutuator - Rodless
A linear type Rodless belt actuator with a servo motor is designed for high-speed linear motion and long travel applications. The servo motor drives a pulley system connected to a reinforced timing belt, which moves a carriage along the actuator length. This belt-driven mechanism provides smooth, continuous motion and excellent dynamic performance. While thrust and positioning accuracy are lower than ball screw actuators, belt actuators excel in fast movement and long-stroke automation tasks.
Suitable Applications:
- Pick-and-place systems
- Gantry and Cartesian robot systems
- Packaging and labeling machines
- Conveyor transfer and shuttle units
- High-speed material handling applications
